Background:
From Geneva, Switzerland.
Family has roots in Cameroon. Father is Francis, who coached him.
Started playing basketball in 2012 at Club Grand-Saconnex.
After that, played for Meyrin Basket.
In 2018, played one season at Lancy Basket.
Signed for FC Barcelona in 2019 after having impressed at a La Roda U-12 tournament with the Swiss Hoops Academy. Played with their reserve team in Liga EBA.
Studied at the Lycée Français de Barcelone (a French international school).
Played 2021-22 ANGT Patras and 2022-23 ANGT Zadar.
Struggled with injuries at Barcelona. Eventually left to play college basketball.
Spent one season at George Washington, where he averaged 2.7 points over 21 games in 143 total minutes.
Transferred to Cleveland State this summer.
Previously represented Switzerland at U-18 levels. Has trained with NBA players since he was 16. Has long been seen as the next big Swiss talent.
